If a fishing tackle item you have paid for is confirmed to be out of stock after order verification, we will contact you promptly to offer an equivalent product replacement or process a full refund to your original payment method.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all prices for fishing tackle products on qianmous.com are displayed in US Dollars.

All orders will undergo mandatory verification processes, including payment validation, inventory reconfirmation, shipping address compliance review, and fraud screening.

If an order is determined to be high-risk and requires cancellation after review, the full order amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
8. Order Modification & Cancellation

We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your request before the order enters the production processing or fulfillment stage, but we cannot guarantee that all modifications or cancellations can be completed. Once the order has entered the packaging preparation or shipping process, modifications or cancellations may no longer be supported.
9. Shipping
Qianmo currently provides delivery services for fishing tackle products exclusively to customers located within the United States.
All orders for US customers are prepared and shipped from our partnered local logistics distribution center in the United States.
Orders are typically processed and verified within 1-3 business days. After dispatch, standard delivery usually takes approximately 5-10 business days to arrive.

All stated delivery times are estimated values, which may be affected by carrier operational adjustments, extreme weather, holiday logistics peaks, incorrect recipient address information, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. 10. Recipient Information
Customers are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and accessible shipping information that allows for successful delivery. Qianmo shall not be liable for any delays, failed deliveries, or package returns directly caused by incomplete or incorrect recipient information provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing the order, please contact JensSilbernagel296@gmail.com immediately to request a modification. Once the package has been officially dispatched, we cannot guarantee that the delivery address can be successfully updated.
11. Returns & Refunds
Eligible return requests for fishing tackle products must be submitted within 30 calendar days from the date you receive the item.
Returned products must remain in brand-new, unused condition, with no signs of wear, scratches, or damage to components such as fishing rod guides, reel mechanisms, or line spools. All original packaging, included accessories, and product manuals must also be returned together with the item.
If a return is initiated due to personal preference, incorrect size selection, or other non-quality related reasons, the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
If the product arrives damaged, has missing components, is the wrong item, or does not match the advertised specifications due to our error, we will review the issue promptly and provide a free replacement or full refund solution.
Once a return request is approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Important Notice: Do NOT send returned items to the US commercial mailing address or our domestic production facility in China. 12. Promotional Activities
All exclusive promotions and discount codes for fishing tackle products are subject to their respective terms, including validity periods, minimum purchase amounts, eligible product categories, and usage limits per customer.
The final discount displayed on the checkout page is the confirmed discount applicable to your order. After the order is fully paid and confirmed, promotional codes cannot be retroactively applied to request additional refunds.

The Qianmo brand name, logo, website text, original fishing tackle product images, design drawings, and all other original content on this website are the exclusive property of Qianmo or used with official authorization.
