Shipping and Returns
All orders within the United States qualify for free standard shipping.
To initiate a return, please submit a request within 30 days of the item's delivery. Returned items must be in their original condition—unused and unaltered—and include all original tags and packaging.
For returns based on personal preference (i.e., not related to product quality), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. In the event that an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete due to an error on our part, Qianmo will provide an appropriate resolution once the issue has been verified.
Before returning any items, please contact us at JensSilbernagel296@gmail.com. Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization, instructions on how to proceed, and the appropriate return address.
